THREE RIVERS CAMPUS: 574 New London Turnpike, Norwich, Connecticut 06360, (860) 215-9000

From New London:
Follow Route 32 to I-395. Take  Exit 11 (old Exit 80). At the end of the exit ramp turn right.**
(travel time approximately 15 minutes)

From Groton/Mystic:
Follow I-95 south to Route 32 – Norwich. Take I-395 north to  Exit 11 (old Exit 80). At the end of the exit ramp turn right. **
(travel time approximately 25 minutes)

From Colchester and points West:
Follow Route 2 east until it merges with Route 32 south. Take Exit 28S onto I-395 south to  Exit 11 (old Exit 80). Take a left at the end of the Exit ramp (Route 82 West Main Street).**
(travel time approximately 23 minutes)

From Jewett City and points North:
Take I-395 south to Exit 11 (old Exit 80). Take a left at the end of the exit ramp (Route 82 West Main Street).**
(travel time approximately 20 minutes)

From Ledyard/Navy Sub Base area:
Follow 2A (Mohegan Pequot Bridge) to I-395 north. Take  Exit 11 (old Exit 80) At the end of the exit ramp turn right. **
(travel time approximately 25 minutes)

From New Haven and points south:
Take I-95 north to I-395 north (exit 76). Take I-395 north to  Exit 11 (old Exit 80). At the end of the exit ramp turn right. **

** From all points above:
Go five lights down to New London Turnpike. Turn right. The Three Rivers campus is about .2 miles on left.

THREE RIVERS MANUFACTURING APPRENTICESHIP CENTER: Housed in the Ella T. Grasso Southeastern Technical High School, 189 Fort Hill Road, Groton, Connecticut 06340

From Three Rivers:

Follow I-395 S towards Waterford. Take exit 5 to merge onto CT-32 S toward New London. Use the right lane to merge onto I-95 N/ US-1 N via the ramp to Groton/Providence. Keep right to stay on I-95 N. Take exit 88 and turn right onto CT-117 S. **

From New London:
Follow I-95 N/ US-1 N. Take exit 88 and turn right onto CT-117 S. **

From Groton:
Follow CT-349 N. Keep right at the fork to merge onto I-95 N. Take exit 88 and turn right onto CT-117 S. **

From Mystic:

Head northwest on E Main St toward Holmes St. Continue onto US-1 S/ New London Rd. Turn left onto Ring Dr. Destination will be on the right.

From Colchester and points West:
Follow CT-2 E. Take exit 28S to merge onto CT-2A E/I-395 S. Take exit 5 to merge onto CT-32 S toward New London. Use the right lane to merge onto I-95 N. Take exit 88 and turn right onto CT- 117 S. **

From Jewett City and points North:
Follow I-395 S toward New Haven. Take exit 5 to merge onto CT-32 S toward New London. Use the right lane to merge onto I-95 N. Take exit 88 and turn right onto CT- 117 S. **

From Ledyard/Navy Sub Base area:
Head south on CT-117 S. Turn Left onto Fort Hill Rd. Turn right onto Ring Dr. Destination will be on the right.

From New Haven and points south:
Follow I-91 S. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-95/New London/N.Y. City. Take left exit onto I-95 N toward New London. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for New London/Providence. Take exit 88 and turn right onto CT- 117S. **

** From all points above:
Turn left onto Fort Hill Rd. Turn right onto Ring Dr. Circle around on the one way road. You will drive behind the school, then look for the large bays on the right. You will see signs that say Manufacturing Apprenticeship Center and Three Rivers.

Public Transportation – UPass

All full- and part-time credit undergraduate students at Three Rivers are eligible to receive a free U-Pass. The U-Pass allows students to travel within the state by rail or bus and includes:

  • South East Area Transit (SEAT)
  • CT Transit
  • CT Fastrak
  • Shore Line East
  • New Haven Line – up to the stateline (does not include travel to NY or on Amtrak)

Students can pick up their U-Pass at the Cashier’s Office, located in the A-wing. Students must have a valid student ID to show along with their pass when using the pass on transportation systems.
