YesI wanted to earn my degree because:
I have had a long-lasting love for Nursing. I've been involved in healthcare since 2005, and knew it was time to take that big leap towards becoming a registered nurse.
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
Family, friends, fellow classmates, instructors, and my dog Rocky.
I’d like to give a shout out to:
All the nursing professors and clinical instructors who helped me along the way. That was one hell of a ride. Thank you.
What I like best about my degree program and what it means to me is:
The nursing program meant the world to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge each and every day.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at Three Rivers Community College was:
The atmosphere, the financial aide office who worked with me when I was in a rut, and all the educators.
Clubs, volunteer work, organizations that I participated in while at Three Rivers included:
Covid 19 Vaccination Clinic in Norwich
Community Service Clean The Streets Event in Norwich
I plan to use my degree to:
Work as a critical care nurse in the CCU at Backus 🙂
Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:
Starting my journey as a registered nurse. All the hard work has paid off!
What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:
Three Rivers has been a staple of my life for 4 years, so I'm going to miss walking through those doors weekly.
