2020I wanted to earn my degree because:
I have always had this great need to help others and nursing gives me an opportunity to do just that all the time. I am very excited to start in this career field and to really make a difference.
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
My husband, my parents, my classmates, my siblings and all my coworkers always cheering me on.
I’d like to give a shout out to:
Nate for always being there and pushing me to do and be better, my parents for always believing in me, all my classmates and instructors. Specifically Shay for always telling me I could do it and all the many wonderful memories, Kim for all the EARLY morning study sessions, and to Mara, Kelsi, Emily for all the laughs during an exceptionally difficult time in all of our lives.
What I like best about my degree program and what it means to me is:
During this program I really met some amazing and exceptionally caring people. We were really all in this together and pushed each other to make it to the finish line. I could not have done it without all of the support from each and every one of you.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at Three Rivers Community College was:
The nursing program was an amazing experience for me. While very difficult, I grew so much in this program thanks to many amazing instructors and classmates.
I plan to use my degree to:
start working as a nurse and start helping and healing people. I am very excited to continue to make a difference in people's lives in a new role.
Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:
starting my career, just enjoying and living life not glued to a book.
What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:
All the people I have met and the friendships, but some were life-long and we will stay in touch.
You will be the most amazing nurse. So glad we went through this together, couldn’t have done it without you!!
