Congratulations Trash Panda!!! I am going to miss watching you load up a Walmart shopping cart in the cafeteria while saying “I’m just getting a little snack” as the total comes out $27! You are an amazing person with a heart of gold. Don’t ever stop chasing your dreams and going for what you want. I am blessed to have met you and been able to learn from you in the stats class, through the National Society of Leadership and Success Group, and from just sitting and talking with you. Keep being that beautiful person you are. And if i heard correctly, they are replacing your diploma with a bag of snacks!! You did it!!!!!

Congratulations Kassandra. It’s quite an accomplishment getting your degree. Especially when you are a working Mother. I hope you continue your quest for continuing your education and learning. Love Your Father In Law (aka Pop Pop). Budd Hayes

Degree/Certificate:

Liberal Arts and Sciences, A.A.

Year of Graduation:

2020

I am the first in my family to earn a college degree.

Yes

I wanted to earn my degree because:

I wanted a better life for myself and my children. I wanted to use my knowledge to better others people's life and help make this community, city, and world a better place.

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My family.

I’d like to give a shout out to:

My father, mother-in-law, and my amazing friends (Meow Meow) for helping me with my daughters while I pursued my dreams.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at Three Rivers Community College was:

Was the fantastic friendships I made that helped me stay motivated and the great teachers that made the classes fun.

Clubs, volunteer work, organizations that I participated in while at Three Rivers included:

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and National Society of Leadership and Success

Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:

Getting my bachelor's and starting my next journey.

What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:

all the amazing people (teachers and students) I met along the way.
