2020I wanted to earn my degree because:
I love healthcare and being able to help people. Caring for others is my specialty and with this degree i will not only be able to get a job doing that, but I can pursue my ultimate education and career goals with the foundation I've built here.
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
My loving husband who supported me and encouraged me the whole time. My family and friends who helped me enjoy the little things along the way. Also my wonderful professors LuAnn and Dawn, who helped our entire class so much more than they know and we are so grateful to have had them teaching and guiding and caring about us.
I’d like to give a shout out to:
My mom for always being a phone call away and listening to me plan and figure out all of my classes.
What I like best about my degree program and what it means to me is:
It gave me the knowledge and training necessary to not only get hired as a medical professional, but to lay a foundation on which I can further my education with a bachelor's degree, or maybe more, in the future.
I plan to use my degree to:
I plan to use my degree to become a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and use the knowledge and credit hours I have now to pursue higher education in the future.
Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:
Finally relaxing on the weekends while I take time off from school to work.
What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:
My wonderful classmates who made our program worth it, and some of the incredible faculty and staff I met along the way.
