While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:

My husband John Leckie, my kids Grace, Olivia and Johnny, my best friend Ronda Sisak, my parents Clyde and Beth Blake, my sister Tena, my cousin Katie, and my close friends. Thank you for always believing in me and encouraging me when it got hard.

I’d like to give a shout out to:

I'm so grateful that God blessed me with the idea and the strength to do this in the first place. I'd also like to thank DeeDee, Sheila, Sandy, Meaghan and Darla for giving me encouragement and helping out with my kids during my externship.

What I like best about my degree program and what it means to me is:

I can be an MA anywhere. There are so many different facets in the healthcare industry that use MAs.

What I enjoyed most about my experience at Three Rivers Community College was:

My professors Luann and Dawn were incredible. They were honest, empathetic, and passionate about our education and success.

Clubs, volunteer work, organizations that I participated in while at Three Rivers included:

I did not belong to any clubs at the college while I attended. I am however busy with many outside of the college. I'm an audio visual technician at Groton Bible Chapel. I lead Bible study and attend a small group. I volunteer regularly at my kids' schools as room parent and as needed in classrooms.

I plan to use my degree to:

I'm grateful that I can contribute financially to my family now that all my kids are in school.

Now that I have completed college, I’m most looking forward to:

Enjoying life and not stressing about homework or due dates.

What I’ll miss most about Three Rivers is:

My MA professors and classmates in my program.
