Deanna Rhodes, AICP Director of Planning & Neighborhood Services for the City of Norwich, will be giving the Environmental Issues Seminar, How to Utilize Publicly Available GIS Resources to Evaluate Environmental and Other Potential Impacts on Development, on May 5 at 6:00 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
