Cup of Joe Road Show logo by CBIA at Three RiversJoin us! Let’s have a candid discussion about how we can collectively align employer talent needs with our K-12 public education in ways that impact and address challenges on multiple fronts.

Objectives:

  • Exchange information among cross-sector stakeholders so they learn about and from each other
  • Provide regional business and education leaders with an overview of resources and best practices available to them
  • Spotlight effective business/education partnerships in the region and discuss how to bring them to scale
  • Explore each region’s education and workforce needs so that stakeholders can tailor responsiveness

Format: continental breakfast, registration, and network from 7:30 am; program begins at 8 am.

  • Introductions and overview of programs and policies in place that target workforce readiness
  • Moderated discussion with panelists presenting the region’s education and employer perspectives
  • Questions and comments from the floor
