What is an Real Estate Principles and Practices?
This course is designed for anyone who is interested in a career in the world of Professional Real Estate, and for those who desire an in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Course Description
This 60 – hour program is required to qualify for the Connecticut Real Estate License Exam. Course material is covered through a lecture – style classroom experience supplemented with textbook assignments and exercises.

Certification
Students who intend to sit for the State of Connecticut Real Estate PSI Exam (at a separate and additional cost) must pass this course with a grade of 70 or better and attend a minimum of 60 classroom hours of instruction. Students cannot miss a class. All Real Estate courses are approved by the Real Estate Commission under the auspices of Three Rivers Community College.
