SNAP-Employment and Training Scholarships

Where Learning Works!

If you are receiving SNAP benefits in Connecticut, and you are not receiving financial assistance from the Temporary Family Assistance (TFA) program, you may be eligible to receive funding for job training in one of our many Workforce and Community Education programs.

The eligibility requirements and a list of our current programs can be found here on our SNAP Program Fact Sheet.

To apply, please download and complete the SNAP Education & Training Scholarship Application.

Our SNAP Coordinator can determine your eligibility and help you select a program that meets your needs and interests. Contact Tracy Dickson at or by phone at (860) 215-9320.

Because we accept SNAP scholarships, the USDA requires that we post their Nondiscrimination Statement. Three Rivers Community College also has an Affirmative Action Policy and Non-Discrimination Statement.
