Transferring to a 4-year university is easy with a TRCC degree

What We Have To Offer

Three Rivers Community College offers many opportunities for students to transfer into Bachelor’s level programs and degrees. These options include guaranteed admission programs with several public and private colleges and universities in Connecticut.

Smooth Transition: The transfer options provide our students with the benefit of a smooth transition from their program of study at TRCC to their Bachelor Degree at their transfer institution of choice.

This smooth transition is a result of the collaboration between Three Rivers and these four year colleges and universities that are eager to welcome Three Rivers graduates.

Personalized Advising: With the guidance of an academic advisor, Three Rivers students, as early as their first semester, may explore and apply to the transfer program available for their intended career path.

Affordability: Enrolling at Three Rivers and taking advantage of our transfer opportunities can help you achieve your educational goals while saving you thousands of tuition dollars.

How To Get Started

Students interested in transfer options must complete an additional transfer application for the college to which they intend to transfer. Some of the programs require applications to be submitted prior to earning a specified number of credits at Three Rivers.

Each transfer option requires a minimum G.P.A. (grade point average) in order to be eligible to participate in the selected transfer program. Minimum G.P.A. ranges are from 2.0 to 3.3 depending on the transfer option.

Specific information for each transfer option is available by calling 860-215-9016.
