You can afford tuition at Three Rivers College. Our cost-per-college credit is among the strongest values anywhere. Whether you attend full time or take one or two courses, our rates are substantially lower than state universities and private colleges. Tuition rates vary based on residency:

  • Connecticut Residents (In-State) pay only $155 per credit hour or $2,104 per full-time semester (12 or more credits).
  • NEBHE (a program for eligible non-Connecticut New England students): $225 per credit hour or $3,044 per full-time semester (12 or more credits).
  • Out-of-State Residents (including International students): $450 per credit or $6,068 per full-time semester (12 or more credits).

NEBHE Tuition Rates • 2016-2017 Academic Year

If you are a non-Connecticut resident of New England, you may qualify for a 50% discount on out-of-state tuition at Three Rivers. The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) allows degree-seeking students who meet certain requirements to attend public colleges in neighboring states without paying full out-of-state tuition costs.
