Customer Service Certificate

Overview

This program that provides you with core marketing skills and their applications. It offers the basics needed to work in the marketing field. This certificate is a great place to start developing professional customer service skills. Students can update their skills and gain the specialized knowledge needed through classes such as Principles of Selling, Principles of Customer Service, and Public Relations. Courses are offered during the day, evening, and online for your convenience.
